My name is Colin H Baker. Born and bred in Aldershot the home of the British Army. And now a great grandfather of two, and retired in 2018 at the age of 71, having survived a broken back many years ago, heart attack, mini stroke and recently as Christmas 2020 was diagnosed positive with Covid 19. So one could say i have had a blessed life. But always cared about others less fortunate than myself, which made me very interested in politics since i was about 15, so have many strong opinions on most subjects that a long life has taught me. Along with a career as an engineer for close to 40 years, that was very challenging, and because i always enjoyed challenges of any kind since a very young man, i loved everyone thrown at me. And right now my next challenge is attempting to begin this website, so i can pass along my thoughts and life’s experiences and my skills and weaknesses to my family and anyone who wishes to read or see it, while hoping never to be boring. So wish me luck being a long life gambler also.
